Space, the key to attracting young talent. When Auxipress found itself at the end of its lease, it was an opportunity to change and further improve its working environment. With around fifty employees and an average of two days telecommuting per week, they set out to find a location better suited to their new reality. It was at SOUVERAIN 25 that Auxipress found the perfect match between the attractiveness of the space, the innovation and flexibility inherent in its managerial culture and the values sought by their profiles. The former Royale Belge building seemed perfectly suited to their "from good to great" vision.

A flexible, collaborative space. Overall, it's an open-space layout, with offices organized in islands and spaces dedicated to collaboration. We are aware of the ambient noise that shared workspaces can cause, which is why we have created several meeting rooms of different sizes so that you can easily isolate yourself, either alone or in a meeting.

A luminous design that expresses Auxipress' identity: expertise, passion and conviviality.

After exploring the architectural beauty of the building's common spaces, we enter Auxipress with the pleasure of finding light and a view across to the park.

The copper-colored frames of the glazed partitioning also give us the feeling of remaining in touch with the building's exterior and its emblematic façade with copper-colored windows. In all, the space boasts six meeting rooms, two bubbles, a kitchen and a social area.
